Our seamless cold-drawn precision steel tubes are manufactured in a wide range of dimensions and with extremely tight tolerances. This enables us to cover the entire family of passive safety components and supply you with the matching tube for your individual requirements. You benefit from the complete integration of all value-adding steps, from the steel mill to the final finishing process such as quenching and tempering.

To meet the specific requirements of the various types of airbag gas generators and seat belt tensioners, individually adapted micro-alloyed, air-hardening or quench-and-temper steels are used. We are able to achieve exceptionally high strength combined with excellent toughness even at low temperatures. This enables us to integrate into our tubes all the properties you need for the production of your final component.

We can also carry out further processing steps beyond cutting tubes to length, such as cold forming, stamping or coating. We are happy to advise you.
