Salzgitter Mannesmann Precisión, S. A. de C. V. supports the principles of process-oriented quality management by which quality is considered as one of the company's executive duties.

Each staff member stands for the quality of his/her performance. With this holistic approach, we include all relevant executive, manufacturing and supporting processes - from inquiry processing over manufacture through to surveys on customer satisfaction - in our quality management system.

Our processes and quality assurance measures are documented in a QM manual and the respective QM instructions and are continuously reviewed, so that we are able to respond to the changing needs of our customers in the best possible way.

Regular internal and external audits confirm the high grade of reliability of our processes, from early quality planning through to dispatch.

We are certified to ISO 9001 standard and ISO/TS 16949 standard.
